I bought this to help hydrate myself and flush my body which is exactly what it does. I got the sample box of four flavours (I wish there was a bag of mixed flavours) I always have some in the car with bottled water to top me up throughout the day. The glass bottle is perfect in the car as it fits perfect in my cup holder. Definitely buy a second packet with a different flavour. I purchased the strawberry but going for the watermelon next.

I ordered wild cherry and got the trial pack too. All the flavours are very drinkable, the ones I really enjoy are cherry, watermelon and strawberry lemonade. Oddly it tastes nicer out of the frosted bottle!
I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt I needed to pass on my great experience with this company. I’ve tried many different electrolyte drinks of all different brands you name it I have tried it and I found they either lack the total amount of electrolytes contained or the flavour is very salty and is very synthetic but this one is by far miles ahead of all of their competition. The strawberry lemonade is by far my favourite I started off filling the bottle right at the top and there is a slight bit of salt taste but the tanginess of the strawberry and lemonade takes away any saltines now having use it for four months. I barely feel the bottle halfway because I actually prefer it a little bit stronger 10 out of 10 would recommend and have recommended to everyone.
Luv the strawberry lemonade. I make one drink in the morning and take it to work, then I make another one to have with my evening meal. The glass bottle is very handy to mix but I also like to add ice in a long glass and also add sparkling water.
Wild cherry is not to my liking but I just won’t buy that flavour again. The other flavours are good though.
I was very skeptical before buying - and assumed it would be healthy, but lacking in taste…very happy to admit I was wrong. Love how convenient it is, and love how much more water I’m drinking. The raspberry lemonade and mango are delicious, going to be a long time consumer!

I have tried a few hydration salts and they have always left me feeling gross tbh, my stomach weird and bloated and a weird after taste. My friend recommend this brand and I will be honest I said no because I just hadnt had a good experience. She is a sweetheart and was very kind and let me try a few of hers, thats how confident she was. She was right. I love these. I dont feel gross or have a weird stomach after. I feel clean and hydrated. I drink mine in the morning and I can honestly say I do feel a difference in my body and mind and it was 2 days later difference not 2 weeks. I am now a new loyal customer and will be ordering again when I run out. Once last thing, these dont taste salty like others, blue and strawberry lemonade are my faves. I wasnt too keen on other flavours, there not bad just not my personal taste however my husband loved all the flavour, he's pallette much more diverse than mine 😂

Really enjoyed the flavours. I chose strawberry lemonade, but the other flavours in the sample pack were also very good. It does have a slight salty note, but this is also part of the charm of the flavours. I’d love an option to order larger packs of multiple flavours.
