INGREDIENTS
- 1 sachet Hydrava Lemon & Lime
- 2 tbps olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs
DIRECTIONS
Mix Hydrava with oil and mix. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well. Pour over steak in a shallow dish or bag, coating evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours (no longer, to avoid over-acidity).
Tip: For BBQs or cast-iron searing, brush leftover marinade onto the steak in the final minute for a glossy citrus finish.
